Nj\u00eb dokumentar nga Ekologet p\u00ebr Rajonin Kuk\u00ebs, organizata fituese e granteve t\u00eb projektit \u201cHeritage is Our Brand\u201d t\u00eb financuar nga European Union in Albania dhe q\u00eb zbatohet nga DMO Albania dhe EU Policy Hub\/Forumi i Politikave t\u00eb Integrimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb event ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm prefekti i qarkut, Donald Korbi, n\u00ebnkryetari i bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit Avdullah Domi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt fal\u00ebnderuan projektin \u201cHeritage is our brand\u201d p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e k\u00ebsaj nisme n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb vlerave dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb son\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJan\u00eb vlera q\u00eb ne duhet t\u2019i ruajm\u00eb, promovojm\u00eb dhe t\u2019i trash\u00ebgojm\u00eb brez pas brezi\u201d, tha n\u00ebnkryetari Domi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miq, qytetar\u00eb dhe dashamir\u00ebs shijuan p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30 minuta dokumentarin e gatimit tradicional t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj treve, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb trash\u00ebguar n\u00eb shekuj sidomos n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Kuk\u00ebsit dhe n\u00eb fshatrat e thell\u00eb malor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dokumentari \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb fshatin e larg\u00ebt Gryk\u00eb \u00c7aje t\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit, n\u00eb familjen mikprit\u00ebse Shehi. Tradita e flis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb familje \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrjavshme, \u00e7ka e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb proces nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi q\u00eb jeton dhe p\u00ebrcillet n\u00eb breza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dokumentari erdhi p\u00ebr publikun si nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim q\u00eb nisi nga kujtimet e f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshira q\u00eb k\u00ebto kujtime t\u00eb p\u00ebrcillen nd\u00ebr breza. Nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim drejt Gryk\u00eb-\u00c7aj\u00ebs, n\u00eb mesin e bjeshk\u00ebve, atje ku ende ruhen traditat m\u00eb t\u00eb paprekura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Publiku pa t\u00eb dokumentuar procesin e pjekjes s\u00eb flis\u00eb, mes mikpritjes s\u00eb Lum\u00ebs, bisedave t\u00eb ngrohta dhe atmosfer\u00ebs autentike t\u00eb jet\u00ebs tradicionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si\u00e7 thot\u00eb edhe drejtori i organizat\u00ebs \u201cEkolog\u00ebt p\u00ebr rajonin Kuk\u00ebs\u201d, Bukurosh Onuzi, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij dokumentari kemi sjell\u00eb n\u00eb ekran jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gatim, por nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb son\u00eb kulturore dhe kulinaris\u00eb rustike shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
